1. Our Services

Move Mama provides fitness and wellness services for mothers, including but not limited to:

• Live online workout sessions
• In-person "Mama & Me" fitness classes
• Weekly walking groups
• Community support via WhatsApp groups
• Educational content and resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are a parent or caregiver, or have been given permission by a parent or caregiver to use the Services on their behalf
• You have consulted with a healthcare professional regarding your fitness to participate in physical activity, particularly if you are postpartum or pregnant

If you are using the Services on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: The Services involve physical exercise. You should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have any health conditions. Move Mama is not a medical service and our trainers are not medical professionals.

By participating in our classes and workouts, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk
• You have received clearance from a healthcare professional if applicable
• You will inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or concerns before participating
• You will listen to your body and stop if you feel unwell or experience pain
• You will follow the instructor's guidance and modifications as appropriate

Move Mama and its instructors are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health issues that may arise from your participation in our Services. You assume full responsibility for your own health and safety.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Class Bookings: Classes can be booked through our website using class credits or a valid membership. Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes with reasonable notice.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class start time will receive a full credit refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for classes. We may not be able to admit participants who arrive more than 10 minutes late, as this disrupts the session and may pose safety risks.

6. Memberships and Payments

Memberships: Monthly memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Class Credits: Class credits purchased through our website are non-refundable but do not expire. Credits can be used to book any eligible class.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued at our discretion and in accordance with UK consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@movemama.co.uk.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content included on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of Move Mama or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including other members and instructors
• Impersonate another user or person
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or harvest any information from the Services without our consent

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services for violating these prohibitions or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move Mama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
