Mama & Me Strength Workout

A fun, effective strength session designed for mums - with your little one right there beside you. We focus on functional movements that build real strength for mum life: lifting, carrying, bending, and everything in between. Babies can lie on mats, sit in buggies, or toddle around while you work out. No perfection needed, just show up and move.

What to Expect

Your First Session

Wondering what actually happens when you show up? Here is exactly how a typical Mama & Me session flows - from walking through the door to leaving feeling amazing.

Arrive

Walk into BSPK Fitness in Ealing with your little one. No rushing, no stress - pram parking right there.

Settle In

Grab a seat, let the babies meet each other, and chat with the other mums while everyone settles.

Warm Up

Rosie leads a gentle warm-up focused on breathing, posture, and waking up the body safely.

Strength Work

Resistance training with weights, bands, and bodyweight moves - tailored for postnatal recovery.

Cool Down

Stretch it out, relax, and let the babies play while you catch your breath and chat.

Stay & Chat

The best bit - stay and chat with the other mums, share a laugh, and leave feeling stronger and more connected.

Questions mums ask

Can I bring my baby?

Absolutely - that is the whole point. Your little one stays right beside you in their buggy, car seat, or on a mat. The class is designed around the reality of having a baby with you.

Do I need to be fit already?

Not at all. Classes are built for postnatal recovery and all fitness levels. We start where you are and build from there.

What if my baby cries or needs feeding?

That is completely normal and expected. You pause, settle your baby, and join back in whenever you are ready. No pressure, no judgement.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself, comfy clothes, a water bottle, and anything your baby might need. We provide all the workout equipment.

What is the cancellation policy?
