Hi, I am Rosie. I am a mum of three, and I started Move Mama because I could not find a fitness space that truly understood what mum life is like. After my first baby, I searched for a community where I could move my body, feel supported, and not have to pretend everything was perfect - and it just did not exist. So I created it. Every session, every chat, every little win here is designed to fit around the beautiful chaos of motherhood. No guilt, no pressure, just a group of mums cheering each other on exactly as we are. I would love you to be part of it.

What is Coaching Corner?

A dedicated weekly group support session that happens right after the Friday cardio class. Members share what they are struggling with - whether it is motivation, nutrition, sleep, mum guilt, or finding balance - and we work through it together live on the call. It is not therapy, it is not a lecture. It is a group of mums who get it, supporting each other with honest, practical advice.
